It is extremely important to us that our customers are satisfied with our products and customer service. We have served health care professionals for over 30 years, and we know that quality, reliability of delivery and a personal and professional service are everything. These are self-evident to us!
In addition, we value a friendly customer service and know that our customers value it, as well.

1.Confirmation
After you have registered and we have received your order, the order confirmation with order details
is automatically sent to you by email.
If for some reason we are unable to send you your order, we will be in touch.
2. Age limit
Orders by those under 18 years old must be done by a guardian.
3. Several payment options
To offer you the utmost security, we have chosen the Finnish payment service Paytail.
You can pay conveniently with a credit card or directly with your online banking access codes.
If you wish to pay by invoice or hire purchase, you may safely choose between Paytrail’s several options.
4. Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. 4. Delivery methods and costs (incl. VAT 24%)
Option 1. Postal parcel / Matkahuolto– you can pick up the parcel at your local postal outlet, Parcel Point or Matkahuolto outlet

Option 2. Postal parcel to the Doorstep / Matkahuolto to the doorstep – the parcel will be delivered to your doorstep

5. Delivery time
We offer our customers a very fast delivery directly from our own warehouse in Närpiö. Orders received before 12 noon on weekdays (Mon–Fri) are mailed within the same day. Depending on the chosen delivery method, the delivery will arrive within 1–3 weekdays. If there are any delays on our part, we will be in touch with the customer.

  1. Returns
    According to the distance selling provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer has the right to return the products without any particular reason within 14 days of receiving them. The returned product must be in flawless condition, unused and in the original package. Stockings or other hygienic products that have been tried on cannot be returned. Attach a carefully filled out return/complaint form to the returned product.
    The costs of possible returns will be covered by the customer.
    Our return policy apply only on normal priced products, outlet products can not be returned or changed to different size/model.
  2. Complaints
    Napra-Rehab provides a full guarantee to the products. Any defective products will be replaced with new, flawless products. The guarantee is not valid if the product was broken due to an external factor or incorrect use or handling. When you wish to return a product and demand for compensation, please contact our customer support beforehand by calling +358 6 2243 622 or by sending email to info@napra-rehab.fi.
    Attach a carefully filled out return/complaint form. Tell us your reason for the return, so that we can improve our customer service and products.

  3. Handling of personal information


We have adjusted our operations to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 25 May 2018.
Customers’ information will not be disclosed to third parties. The information is only stored in the Napra-Rehab customer service system, and the register is only intended for Napra-Rehab’s customer management. The information is never disclosed to third parties, and it can only be accessed by Napra-Rehab’s staff and authorized system administrators.
The customer register is confidential; the information will not be disclosed to third parties. Customers may choose whether to receive our newsletter.
The customers’ bank or credit card information will not be disclosed to Napra-Rehab’s staff. All information transfers are conducted through protected, secure connections.
